We have a wide range of quality control equipment to take note of the quality. Besides tracking every raw material to the finished product based on QR code, our engineers also use highly-advanced equipment to test and qualify products regularly.
2. I like a lot of YGM products I see in your store. But are they always in stock? Do I have to pre-order or wait for new stock to arrive after ordering?
For products displayed with generic dimensions, we have no problem with supply. In short, every product you see in the store is always in stock because we have a large factory capacity. When it comes to custom products, however, we don’t produce ahead of time. This is because every customized product is made-to-order according to your specifications without compromising your demands.
3.What type of packaging options do you offer?
Our standard packaging includes hardboard, but we are capable of offering other materials in case you feel you want higher efficiency. Truth be told, just like we offer customization of reflective fabric, sheeting, garments, and tapes, the packaging options are also customizable based on your brand values or preferences.
